I have built an automation that was working until late August and then just stopped working overnight. I have now identified the cause of the problem which is the 'Start & Wait for an Approval action and this is the error message I get. Can any body tell me why this might be suddenly happening?
If you look at the error it is telling you why. It says that the ACL ( the security setting inside your IT infrastructure) for that connection is no longer valid.
I would check to see what Connection that action is using.
Its possible all you need to do is FIX the Connection and or create a new one. that's where I would start as thats essentially what its complaining about, saying that the User/Account and the Connection aren't valid for asking for this permission.
