API requests limitations - Every Flow Action is a API request?

Do I understand this site correct: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations

Every Flow Actions is counting as a API request?

How can the user see, how many API requests he is using?

As an Admin - how can I monitor this? What happens, If a user is reaching this limit?

Thanks and Greetings,

Max

That is correct, Every action, CDS CURD operation is an API request.

Microsoft is working on bringing the API dashboard so the admin can see how many APIs are consumed. Please see the available information so far.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations#what-tools-can-an-admin-use-to-monitor-and-analyze-api-requests-across-the-platform
Usage reports and monitoring capabilities will be made available in Power Platform admin center soon, and will be the best way to monitor and analyze usage for API requests.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations#will-my-integrations-stop-working-if-application-users-exceed-base-request-capacity

Integrations won't be stopped for occasional and reasonable overages at this point in time. Admins will be notified about overages and will be able to add Power Apps and Power Automate request capacity to be compliant.

Please click Accept as Solution if it resolved your problem or give it a Thumbs Up if it helped you in anyway this will allow other people to search correct solutions effectively.

    Thanks,
