Hello

I want to use Automate to copy SharePoint document from one site to a different SharePoint site.

Current SharePoint documents have version control.

My question is do I lose version control when I copy the documents to a different SharePoint site?

    Hi  @Adrian59  By default, copying a document will lose the versioning history. Therefore, the documents must be moved.

     

    When you use Copy to with documents that have version history, only the latest version is copied. To copy earlier versions, you need to restore and copy each one.
