Entity List Download button not resetting after download complete

Hi All

I have configured an entity list to enable the export to excel function using the Grid Configuration Download Acton as per the first part of https://oliverrodrigues365.com/2018/04/25/dynamics-365-portals-exporting-content/ . However, I have an issue. The export works fine and whilst downloading the button appears disabled (the button colour is faded and the cursor hover image is changed to the 'not-allowed' icon). However when the download is complete the button colour remains faded and the button hover cursor remains as 'not-allowed', but the button functionality is not disabled.

Any ideas, thanks.

I can confirm that I am having the same problem as well. Definitely a bug.

I just tested here myself and seems to be a bug

Have you tried opening a support ticket with Microsoft?

I will try to bring this to Microsoft attention
