HELP!!!

Hi All,

I am in the midst of creating an app and I am currently stuck. I need to be able to add more than one "QCA Cost Driver" like the below.

I then need this information to go to a Dataverse table, but, I need this information to UPDATE the row that is selected in a Gallery and not create new rows in the Dataverse table.

I see there is an editable grid gallery option but that patches the information and creates new rows in the Dataverse. I don't want this. Is there a way to do it via a form?

I really need help with this as I have a time limit to finish this app.
