Save file to Google Drive, shared folder

Hi,

I am trying to save a file to Google drive in a shared folder. The user that needs the file shared a folder with my user. I can navigate manually from the Google Drive client/site, but I cannot access that folder when trying to create the flow. Here I only see my own folders. Is there a way to do this?

What I need to do is pretty simple, I want to generate a file daily with same name (so just delete old file), and make it possible to 3rd part to download this file in some automation flow as well (file is used to a app on Shopify). Any smarter way to do this?

I had the same issue and I resolved to create my own folder and a shortcut to that folder in the user folder. So in that way you can modify your own folder and also the user can access to it.

Thanks for providing info.
I did same almost same thing. Saved to own drive, and shared file from that.
