Need to send auto mailer by using power Automate in Power BI

Hi Team,

I am completely new to Power Automate. I have a data in which users Mail ID and respective work time are there in power BI. I need to send communication to those users who are having less than 6 hours of Work Time. How this can be done in power BI desktop using Power Automate.

Any help is highly appreciated.
