Approval Flow with custom responses, how to check the outcome / response

Hi Guys, I built a flow from my Sharepoint List using template 'Start an approval when new item is added'

When the template was created I could see that the condition was checking dynamic field 'Response' to check for 'Approve'

I changed the approver type to 'Custom Response - wait for first response' with three options (Approve, Reject, Need more info) and now the Response field isn't available to me, I also don't see Outcome or any other field that will give me the approvers decision.

Please help.

Hi Guys, I managed to sort it. I chose start approval instead of start and wait for approval. I added in an additional action (wait for approval) and then the Outcome field was available in the dynamic content
