Create Sharepoint List Item from Channel Post

I have a form (from jotform) that sends a channel post to a Team with general information on the submission.
Request #:
Job:
Requested Date/Time:

I would like to have the submitted information added to a list in the same channel. Is there any way to automate this so it pulls the information from the post (each separate line above) into its own column for the list item?

    Are you using a Power Automate cloud flow for the integration between the JotForm and Teams?

    Or are you using the integration options within JotForm itself?

    In case of the latter you could use a When a new channel message is added trigger action for this. You can use some split functions in a couple of expressions to retrieve the content from the body/body/content property and reuse it in a Create Item action.

    Below is an example

    Request column
    split(split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body/content'], '<p>Request #:')[1], '</p>')[0]

    Job column
    split(split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body/content'], '<p>Job:')[1], '</p>')[0]

    Requested On
    split(split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body/content'], '<p>Requested Date/Time: ')[1], '</p>')[0]

    Test result

    Happy to help out 😁
