Widget launch with no active Internet connection

For how long PA will try to launch the flow if there is no active Internet connection on the phone? What will happen if the connection appears in a few minutes/hours after the widget has been launched?

    Power automate mobile app will need internet connection to launch session that associated with all user data if there was no internet connection in time app launching will time out to connect to cloud server immediately
