Outlook activity not working

Hello,

I'm building a desktop flow that Launches Outlook and Retrieve email messages from Outlook.  When I run the flow in picture-in-picture mode I get an error saying that it can't locate the .ost file.  The action also doesn't save the attachments to a local folder.

The flow did work properly a few days ago.  I'm getting strange errors when opening desktop outlook (open in safe mode) and I'm getting multiple .ost files.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tim

    Hi @Maverick79 !

Have you tried running it directly from the flow page? Like below. It will work for sure. It will show as a flow monitoring window or as a windows notification or it won't display only:

There is also an option to create a desktop shortcut of the same flow like below of which you can just double click and run the flow.:

Or are you getting the same error here as well?

And also tell me is there a particular reason as to why you want to run the flow in "Picture-in-picture" mode? Simply running on desktop will work fine. My opinion, Picture-in-picture is still a new feature added in this year, so wouldn't recommend using this to run flows for now.
