A New Starter checklist needs user input?

Afternoon all

Please can you help me find the correct action card.

Basically I am building a Joiner Checklist flow for our HR team. The HR team kick off the flow with a manual trigger (for a selected item) and the flow then notifies the Line Manager of the provisional starting dates and gets them to fill in a equipment/configuration infopath form. All good so far.

What I need is a way for the HR manager to input the Confirmed start date (once background checks and references are returned). I found another blog here that suggested using a second 'For a selected item' - but the second instance doesn't have any outputs.  Is there another way to prompt for this information in the middle of an existing flow? Or do I need to have two flows for the Joiner list - one for pre-notification actions, and another for post-background check actions?

Image is where I have got to so far and works fine...

I solved this myself after a brainwave hit me. all it required was to add another field to my InfoPath form, and then point the Flow card at the InfoPath Form.  #Shimples
