Hi,

Some of my receipts used for AI-Builder- Form processing are showing as Invalid without any specific reason. I checked the documentation but could not identify the reason for invalid file .

Attached some of the files shown as Invalid by AI builder- Form processing.

Link provided by Microsoft does not explain the invalid file message ..

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/form-processing-model-requirements

Also , the images were scanned as document using the OneDrive app from the phone.

    Hi @RajParivar,

Thanks for posting the question and sharing some samples.

Looking at the files, I see that they exceed the at most 17 x 17 inches size limits for PDFs. You can check the size of the PDF files by opening them in Adobe Acrobat Reader and right click to Document Properties.

Can you scan these receipts in a lower size or perhaps scan them as image format instead of PDF?

Also, I recommend you try out the Receipt Processing prebuilt model as you can use it right away without having to train a model like in Form Processing.

Here I converted the PDF in an image before using it in Receipt Processing:

I hope this helps. Happy to answer any additional question.
