Error connecting to Form

Is anyone else getting an error with "Get response details" selecting a form?  Message is "Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection" but in the Form Id field there are no Forms to select, and get this error:

Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error: {"status":404,"source":"https://power-te-westus-2.azurewebsites.net:443/tokens/msmanaged-na/microsoftforms/shared-microsoftform-b4217d49-a625-44a9-a28e-8df1-5d8de4f7/exchange","message":"Error from token exchange: The connection (msmanaged-na/microsoftforms/shared-microsoftform-b4217d49-a625-44a9-a28e-8df1-5d8de4f7) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection."}.

 

Seems like the connection from Flow to Forms is broken.  Not sure how to report the issue.  Thanks for any insights.

    Yes, all of a sudden I'm having all sorts of issues as well.  I tried to delete the connection and set it up again and I keep getting different errors.

    Yes all of my connectors in Flow are giving me errors. 

    Could not retrieve values. The dynamic invocation request failed with error: {"status":404,"source":"https://msmanaged-na.token.azure-apim.net:443/tokens/unitedstates-002/sharepointonline/shared-sharepointonl-e1458b48-c5b6-4a0c-a5cc-f777-3606cb60/exchange","message":"Error from token exchange: The connector is not found. Please contact support or connector owner to enable it again."}.

    Is there anywhere we can track this? It's heavily affecting our workflow and need to be able to track these updates efficiently.

    Its a ticket from me, to support. It is not visible outside of MS. For tracking purposes, you might need to open a ticket from your account. I am not sure.
