I have a PowerBI report with several fields I want to bring into a PowerApp. Whenever I create a new app within PowerBI that contains the fields I want, it defaults to creating a mobile layout app and does not give me the option to create a canvas/tablet layout app.
I have tried to create a canvas app and then embed it in PowerBI by choosing "Choose App" in the Power App visual in Power BI - but when I try to populate the PowerBI fields by using PowerBIIntegration.Data in a Gallery, it does not recognize any of the fields that I liked to the PowerApp visual in PowerBI.
Am I doing something incorrectly or is tablet layout not an option when creating an app from scratch through the PowerBI PowerApps visual?
Is it possible to resize the mobile app layout so that it can appear larger in PowerBI reports? it is currently limited to a very small size when embedded in PowerBI.
Can we embed a PowerApp canvas into a Power BI report?
Considerations: We use the "embed for your customer" embedding method and this tutorial says you can't do it.
However, this tutorial is about data interactivity between the Power App and Power BI. Could we embed a PowerApp if there was no data interactivity?
