I followed steps and used Method 1, the flow works without errors, a document is created but the fields do not update from Sharepoint list items What should I look for? I also tried method 2 but had errors. Can anyone suggest me a proper method to generate word document without using premium actions as i am new to Ms Flow.

    Hi,

Inspect the flow run and see if the variables you are passing in have values when you are creating the document.

From what you have said everything is working but metadata is not populated when you have created a document right?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Have your problem been solved?

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

    Best regards,

    Hi @Anonymous,

I think your flow is correct, but this way to do a Word is the most hard. What may be happening is that if you see the word in Browser Word, the fields seem unfilled, but when you open in desktop they are filled.

anyway i have two vdeos that can be usefull:

You are passing File Content into the Position metadata field, if that is single line of text the default is 255 characters which i expect you are exceeding. I would fix that first.
