Power Automate to create emails from shared mailboxes in dynamics 365

Hello,

I have a problem with a power automate / flow and I originally posted in the Dynamics 365 community - I was asked to try it here:

1.jpeg

The flow takes an email moved into a specific folder in a shared mailbox and creates an email message in Dynamics.

After that it gets the queues out of dynamics and creates a queue item and connects it to the email message that was created.

The email and the queue item get created but the problem i have is:

I have mapped that the email message should be created with the following fields but only body, time created on and subject are showing up in Dynamics.

To and from are not in dynamics, i have realized that in dynamics the 'from' field can only be a queue or a User.

IT looks like the email is configured to be an outgoing mail, is there a way to change that?

Also we would need the attachments from the email in outlook to be than in the attachments in the attachment of the dynamics email message.

Thank you already for your help.

    Hi @mark_us ,

I tested it on my side, and all the properties are displayed in the Dynamic content list:

If they can't display normally, you can first use Compose to get the corresponding Dynamic content, and then configure the output of Compose in the corresponding field.

In addition to adding attachments, you can refer to the following method.

    Best Regards,
