How to find out if a M365 approval was completed using Outlook or Teams client

Dear all,

our users love the possibility to complete Approval tasks right within Teams client. Now our business app owner asks for a report how many approved using Outlook and how many did it using Teams client.

May I ask if anyone has an idea how to achieve this?
