Setting up flow for Microsoft list

I am setting up a flow for my group form to flow to my Microsoft List when a response is submitted. I am running into an issue with dynamic content. The content does appear fine but my issue is that I have multiple questions that are the same with the same answer responses listed in my form. How do I know which dynamic content selection matches my question since I have several questions listed that are the same on my form? For example, my list will list the same question as Start Date:2 but how do I know which dynamic content to select since it will list the start date 5 times? Which corresponds to start date vs start date:2 vs start date:3? It is necessary that I have the multiple start date questions.

I actually had a same issue as my form had multiple section with same questions. You can keep it as it is in FORMS then, the best way is to get a response file from forms, use it as a template to create a new LIST. The 'questions' you can name accordingly in this particular LIST, i.e. question1 in form could be Question 1 in LIST (you can name it the way you prefer), so the dynamic content should populate the columns exactly the way you defined them in LIST and will actually pick the response to question from forms and move it to Question 1 to LIST.

Go into forms and add an identifier to each question like a number such as "1. Start Date" or "Start Date1"and so forth. Then you can see which is which inside of the flow. Then once you have built the flow, you can go back into the form and remove the identifier from the questions if necessary and the flow should keep the correct dynamic content as it is really using the id of the question. Just be sure not to create new or delete the questions on the form, simply change the question itself so you know exactly which one it is.
