I am not seeing other office 365 products in my development environment?

    The heading says Power Apps.
    What do you see when you select the icon in the top left next to Power apps?

    Click inside the search box, and type the app name you would like to use.
    If it's not an unlicensed account, you should be able to see all the apps.
