Combining Several Emails into One Email

Hello,

I am looking to use Microsoft Flow to perform the following task: Extract the entire body text of several emails and combine the text from the several emails into a single email. Is this possible to do within Flow? Any guidance, tips, and tricks would be appreciated.

Here is some additional info:

  • The emails I want to extract text from have the same subject line and are from the same sender
  • The final email will be sent to the same person every time the Flow runs
  • I would like this flow to run 3x/day

    Hi @Anonymous

You can extract the body of the emails (based on the When an email arrives trigger or any other actions that can get the emails to you) and then store this somewhere (like sharepoint or an excel table of a sheet stored on sharepoint or onedrive) and then create another flow that will run on the 3X schedule that you mentioned and this will have a compose action that will append all the rows that were created on the excel with the email bodies that you collected in the first flow and send it as an email. (Makes sense?)

    Hope this Helps!
