Hi 🙂

I am trying to use Get files(property only) but it returns only empty Array.

It works on Text sharepoint point but it does not when i create that flow for one employee.  He is the owner of the sharepoint.

i also tried with filter (if name ends with .xls).  There are 368 Excel files but it returns empty array.

@Khan321  have you selected limit entries to folder, if yes does that folder have files? Also could you please share the filter query if you have applied that. Can you remove the action one and add it again?

@annajhaveri  Thanks for your reply and time 🙂

I have selected 1000 limit and the folder has 368 excel files.  I don't need filter it was just to check it.

I moved it to the sharepoint where it it worked.

    But flow is very slow.

Could it be because it itterates  through 368 files?

Flow looks after 11  excel files and it took about 35 minuttes to send 11 files with mail.

Is it normal to take that much time specially where there are 368 files?

@Khan321 Are you able to share screenshots of your entire flow? If you're iterating over 368 files in an Apply to each and have a condition in the loop, then that could be the issue with how long it takes. If you can share what you've done, then we may be able to change it so it's more efficient.

Also, do you have specific criteria for the 11 files you are adding to the emails?

What's in your Compose within the Apply to each?

Are you able to explain everything you're trying to do here as still hard to understand what you're trying to get as the final outcome, conditions, etc.

@grantjenkins Thanks for you reply and time  🙂

and sorry for not explaing well.

I have an excel file where comes about 500 rows (each row is a customer). Each row contains Customer Name, Addressee and a Policy Number.

And I have same amount of excel files (500) on the SharePoint library which has the same policy number.

I take the data from each row and populate it in the email body and attach the excel file from SharePoint which has same Policy number to the mail and send it to the customer.

In the compose inside of the apply to each is the name of the file with the Policy number.

The files name starts with Køretøjsliste for (Policy Number)

In Apply to each 2 in Condition I am asking if Get files (property only) contains the name.  If yes then get that file and attach it to mail and send it.
