Flow that updates another document location after the original location has been updated

I need some support.

I am trying to create a flow where one site (Master data) has different document libraries such as HR report, finance report, facilities report and IT report.

Then we have HR site that has a documents library called HR, a Finance site that has a document library call finance report, facilities site that has a document library called facilities report and IT Site that has a document library called IT report.

I want that in the Master data site whenever a document library for example HR report is being updated with new items/files then in the HR site the document library HR report will automatically update with the newly added item that was done in the master data. Same for the other document libraries in master data and then their own respective sites.

Can this be done

hope you are already familiar with the sharepoint Triggers and actions, you just need to follow the below steps for each of the Sharepoint List:

I am going with HR report list

Step 1: Create Automated cloud flow which gets triggers "When an item is created" in HR report list in Master Data site

Step 2: Add an action "create an item" in the HR report in HR site

these two steps you need to repeat for all the list...

I have tried with the solution you sent.

Only issue is when I use the trigger when an item is created, there is no list to choose from. HR report is a document library not a list.

Is there a workaround for this.

You may also refer this link for more information: SharePoint - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

If its a document library you should be taking the following actions

    1) Add trigger : When a file is created or modified (from Master site)

    2) Action : Get file content (from Master site)

    3) Action: Update file (in specific department site)

    Refer below screenshot...
