Is there a way to add a tooltip to an adaptive card button?

I have an adaptive card that I send in an outlook email. Everything works fine. I'm just wondering if there is a way to add a tooltip to the action.http button?

I added "tooltip": "Learn more about this user", to the JSON but it didn't do anything.

I want to confirm if this is possible, because if not it's fine. Thank you.
