Newb question.
If I am the only user in my organisation running flow, does the pricing just apply to me? I do I need to pay the fee per the number of other folk in my organisation, ie. those whose data may be "flowed" by me - but don't actually set up any flows themselves?

Which plan are you using for microsoft flow?
If you would your organization account to subscribe microsoft flow, you need to pay the subscription for your organization,all of the person in your organization could set up flow even though they don't.
