The flow was once working fine but all of a sudden it is not longer working as designed.
Stage 1 - approval by team A
Stage 2 - approval by 6 different teams (wait for one response per team).
Each stage is completed by a email notification.
Email notification is dependent on outcome of approval:
if one of the 6 different teams reject the submission, then a rejection notice is sent out.
if all 6 approve, then an approval notice is sent out.
If one of the 6 approves w/ conditions, then an approve with conditions notice is sent out.
I have setup a flow with 6 parallel approvals. It was once working fine but now whenever an approver, approvals an approval (wait for one response). Another approval notification is generated and two email notifications are also generated.
Image 1 shows the duplicated flow approval emails (Wed 12th May) generated as soon as an approver, approves, the approval request. The original flow approval emails were sent on Tues 11th May) - there should only be one email sent out and only one approval required.
Image 2 is the flow I've built showing the 6 parallel approvals in stage 2 of the approval process each approval is wait for one response approval.
Please cut your screenshots into smaller sections. The one you sent is such a low resolution its unreadable. Also please provide screenshots of the configuration of the notification settings inside each of the Start and wait for an approval settings.
