Backfill data from an SP list into VSTS

Hi,

I have a SP list. I currently have a flow that creates a new VSTS work item everytime there is a new item on my SP list. However, is there anyway for the flow to run regressively and move existing items from the SP list (that were created within a certain date range) into work items on VSTS?

Also, once the work item is created in VSTS, I want to push back the VSTS work item link into one of the columns in the SP list. I also want to send an email to the person who created the new item in SP.

As I said, I've managed to get SP item data into VSTS for all new SP items. I need it to work retroactively, need a way to push a VSTS work item link back into the SP list, and also send an email to the creator of the new item on the SP list in order to acknowledge reciept of the new entry

    Hi @SM1,

You could go two waways about this. If your trigger is on modificication of the list items then simply modify the item and all flows will be triggered.

If you don't want to modify the items then you could go for a manual flow and trigger run a get items action to get all your items ( maybe even filter to select only the ones you haven't run before) and then do whatever your flow does.
