Hi,

I built a reminder flow that is triggered if the approver does not respond within 5 days. The reminder is set to be sent every 5 days till the action is completed.

Starting the 2nd reminder a new email address needs to be added in CC.

Is it possible to add the new email address starting the 2nd reminder?

Hi @SandraMa ,

It is recommended to create flows with no long running time. In your case extended the flow further is not something I would do. I would create a second flow and listend to a trigger. You can try to add a flag to your datasource and set it to true if the user needs a second reminder. You can add this in your first flow. The second flow listens to the change and you can use here your other mail.
