Below is a flow I have created to automate an email report with attachment.
However, it triggered 2 emails out.
Under Create HTML Table and Compose, below is the settings
Style:
Under apply to each it is for the variable.
Can you check if the flow is triggered once or twice?
The email triggered when the file was replaced/updated.
The run history flow also shows 2 emails triggered.
Are you know for sure the file was updated only once in 11:40?
What I did was, update the file from my one drive. Then I save as and replace the file in sharepoint.
I tried to drag and drop the file from one drive to sharepoint. It still triggered 2 emails.

It does not work for me but I'm able to resolve it. There's a pivot table in my excel file where it auto refreshed the pivot when opening the file. After I removed the auto refresh, it works. Not sure how it was related though.
