Error Action 'Add_a_row_into_a_table' failed by BadGateway

I had an error connecting to excel online and MS responded with a BadGateway error.
So I don't know if it's a system error or it arises from my flow. Thanks to the team to help me fix the error.

    Please make sure to show the actual action that failed, so you need to expand your flow so we can see it. Also please share the inputs and outputs as just Badgateway has a dozen+++ possible problems.
     
    1. The table doesn't exist
    2. You dont have permission
    3. The flow doesn't have permission
    4. You are trying to use business connector versus personal or vice versa
    5. Your data is bad
    6. You are trying to push data without a key
    7. You are not validating that each column has the correct data
    8. You don't have a pause between your Open and your Add.Update
    9. You have a race condition
    10. bad variales
    11. bad url
    12. file is opened by someone else or the same flow so its locked
    and so on

    I get results from the Form in Excel rows but the error is displayed as follows:
