Seems that your Excel does not return a string that represents a date but an empty string.
Do you process empty Excel rows or rows without a date value?

Hello,  my excel rows do contain the date value, like 2022/10/18

Can you share the output of the "List of rows present in a table" action? Or at least parts of it

    "Created Day":""},{"@odata.etag":"","ItemInternalId":"a7c124d8-8d69-4a81-ac43-28f9ca4459c8"

    This one ?

Your value for the "Created Day" column is an empty string there.
If your list column is of type Date, this is not allowed.
You can check this value for an empty string and replace it with null.

@Bake20461  Before create item action use one compose and pass your created date dynamic content.

Now run your flow and see in failed step what kind of value compose return. if it is blank then add one condition action and check  compose output not equal to "" then use create item.

    Thanks!

you are right, when I change the column type to Text, now it can sync to the list.

but it comes to another problem, as I also want to use the list connect to Powerapp or PowerBI, if the list column type is text, I can not make the filter date time. so it's possible conver this text property to the date property in SP list  with another column via Powerautmate ?

I recommend to always use the correct column type!

Check why there is an unexpected empty sting and fix this.

Or, if the empty string is expected, check for this and write an alternative date or null into the list.
