Our company works with SuccessFactors (SAP) to provide learning classes to our employees. When a learner registers for a class in SuccessFactors, the tool deploys an ical invite to the learner to accept. If the learner later decides to cancel their registration and declines the ical invite, it will be removed from the learner's calendar, but that information does not feed back to the SuccessFactors tool, so the tool still reflects the learner as registered. We are looking for a way to have our Learning admins notified by email if an ical invite is declined by a learner so that the admins can manually un-register the learner in SuccessFactors. If anyone knows a way to accommodate this, your knowledge is very much appreciated.
