Hello, i wish to automatize a process i actually manaage manually:
1. I have a calendar of audits to be performed in a list of areas, by a list of people in the organization
2. i monthly send an appointment in outlook to the auditors, with target area and time to perform the audit
3. The audit is done in Forms, so when a new one is done, i take the results and i make a report in a standard template. then i share the report by email to a mailing list of the owners of the specific area
4. Last step is to update the calendar to track the actual value of the audit and the actual date when it has been performed
i have the calendar in excel but i could make it in MS Lists
how to put in place all the process?
