Run-only users cannot see shared power automate workflow

Hello! A few months back, I created a Power Automate workflow and shared it (run only) with several users.  Everything was working great, until this past week where first, the users were able to see the flow through Teams but not the Play button, and now they cannot see it at all, neither in Teams or in the Power Automate --> My Flows page (https://us.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/) .

I have tried removing and adding them again as Run only users, but that does not work.  The only option that has worked is to add them as full owners.

Any thoughts on how I can get this run-only functionality back for my users?

    Hello

are you experiencing this in one environment or across different environment

can you try to create new flow and share it with affected user and see if they will see new flows or not

    Hope this helps

Hello.  I only have one environment.

This morning, I tried creating a simple one-step flow and tried sharing that with the user and experienced the same thing.

I have the same problem, it would be easy for Microsoft I guess to make a separate tab for run-only flows....

However, I managed a work-around by making a very simple MS Form (with only one pro forma question), and using that form as a trigger for the flow.

It has an added advantage that you'll be able to get details on the user who started the flow/submitted the form.

    Hi
I have just done a test and got the same issue as you. Seems Microsoft has done some changes in the platform and didn't inform about them.
If you would like to inform how to run the flow shared with the user, you can easily build an URL which runs the flow.
    1. Go to the flow details page
    2. Copy the URL which ends with /details
    3. Replace the /details with /run at the end of the URL
    4. Share the newly constructed URL with the user by mail, Teams chat, or any other way you prefer.
This change will redirect you from the flow overview directly to the flow run page.

    Hope this helps.
