Create Jira Issue from Microsoft Form response (cannot load any JIRA projects)

Hello, I need to connect a Microsoft form to a Jira software board, because of the number of messages I get. Its time I upgrade the process, so this can be tracked. My problem is, power automate doesn't seem to pull the list of projects, so I can make that connection.

The process should work as:

1. User goes to the Microsoft Forms and answer the questions

2. Microsoft Form saves the response

3. Microsoft Form will use the Jira connector to trigger a conversion/transfer

4. Power Automate will take the information placed inside into the Jira issue description

5. Power Automate will name the Jira issue as "[unique counting up #] Reason for the Jira Issue"

6. Jira Software will receive that response and display on the board ( board name - Atlassian Intake Request [AIR] )

I would appreciate any help, because I have been frustrated and my direct report is out for a week (and they were just as stumped as me).

I think you have to use either the V2 or V3 version of the 'Create a new issue' action. Unfortuantely I'm having a lot of trouble getting either of those to work.

I get the below when selecting the Project with V3 action.

I have same issue. Then use V3 version of the 'Create a new issue' action, and fill the URL of Jira instance, no error code reported. The issue is creared sucessfully.
