Copy File from SharePoint to CRM

Hi All,

Is it possible to copy a file from SharePoint into our CRM using an HTTP step (API request)? The scenario is there is a template folder in SharePoint and every time a new record is created in the CRM I want to copy a specific template document into the CRM. It's necessary to move the entire document into the CRM and not use just a link because after the record is created it gets sent to a freelancer to work on it. Currently, freelancers are doing their work and uploading a document to the CRM, and then a member of our team takes that work and pastes it into the template file in SharePoint. This is creating formatting issues. The freelancers don't have access to SharePoint to download the template themselves. I see there are ways in Power Automate to attach files to emails, but can I send the file into the CRM such that the CRM stores the file? What properties would I need to extract from the SharePoint file to include in the API request?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Daniel
