Building a survey flow

I have previously created a flow where when a customer takes a Dynamic 365 survey, it will send the responses to either an email address or to a Teams Channel. However, while building a new flow, I can't seem to locate where I identify the survey I want the flow triggered from.

Can someone help? Below is are the actions I have currently:

As of July 1, 2020, Voice of the Customer surveys are no longer supported in Dynamics 365 Marketing.

Hello,
I am using Dynamics 365 Customer Voice - however, when I go into Power Automate, I can't find where I need to specify the particular Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey into my Power Automate function. I am looking to trigger a specific survey to send either an email to the team or to the teams channel.
