Sharepoint List column with empty value cannot be export

Hi

I have this sharepoint list that i would like to get 3 items from sharepoint list, 'Title', 'Ref' and 'Value' even if it is empty/null and to write it onto excel.

i tried but the result is the column will be missing if there is no value in the entire column

and if row 2 for Ref is empty it will fail and stopped.

Please help.

    hi @Deenuji 

     

    i uses get items from sharepoint list

    and when i display the variable, if the column of the sharepoint is empty eventhough there is header name "Queue" but the column will not show

    if you see the row item 1 to item 4 there is no queue header cos the queue is empty in the list. so my problem is i am unable to split text.

    Any solution for that?

    Please explain your full use case. It appears that Power Automate does not return results if your list column is empty. In the example above, we observe that the queue is included and values are displayed for the first item.

     

    if you see the row item 1 to item 4 there is no queue header cos the queue is empty in the list. so my problem is i am unable to split text.

    Any solution for that?


    What is your problem here. Please elaborate?

    i would like to have a table that show all the columns and rows even if they are empty.

    look like get items from sharepoint list are unable to achieve that.

    if the entire column is empty it will not show the header with it's empty cell.
