Freshdesk to Planner on Status Update not working

Hi there,

I am wanting to try and get Power Automate to Add a ticket onto a shared planner when i change the status to 'Added to Roadmap'.

I have tried many ways for this to work, however i just can't get this working properly. I am hoping you could point me in the right direction. Below i have tried to get it to loop until the status changes, however it still isn't adding it to the planner bucket.

Just checked the flow history and it has been running for 13 minutes. However nothing had emerged in my planner. Any help would be awesome!

Hi!
I think you need to:
-initialize variable, assign as its value 'Starus' from your trigger
-assign it to the Do Until input
-now inside Do Until, just after 'Get ticket' add a 'set variable' to update its value with 'get ticket' output. I will also add a 'Delay' action block inside, just before 'Get ticket' to wait some minutes before a new check

Almost!
In your do until you shall compare variable against the expected value (Added to roadmap), not against trigger execution value
You should also store 'get ticket' 'status' output in your 'set variable'
Hope this makes sense

hi @Joko this could be because your Status propertie is not equal to Added to roadmap. Try adding a string value in the Status propertie like this.

string('AStatus') and compare with Added to roadmap.
