Save attachment to sharepoint online document library taking over 20 min still not done

I have started building a simple flow to save an attachment to a sharepoint document library path. After 20 min, its still not done. What can I check? This is not acceptable. The file is a simple text file of about 110Kb

Please post a screen shot of your Flow - maybe there is an issue.

Also, take a look at the run you say is taking so long - where is it stuck? Did it start?

Im not sure what I done, as this still new to me. I think somehow I had a nested "apply to each" controls and it might have been stuck in a loop. I just started over from a clean slate and got it working.
