Word Doc fails to get attached from MS Forms

For some reason my flow attaches a pdf file to the list item but when a user uploads a doc file the flow fails and claims file not found. If anyone can help me figure out how to make the doc file work. Checking the doc URL is sort of different with the queries in the link, that's the only thing I could pinpoint.

    Take a look at the following walkthrough on my blog.  It covers this exact topic.  Files uploaded through Forms go to your OneDrive.  You can easily get the content without having to play with the path.
