Hi  @Nived_Nambiar   Re: "Apply to each" failure

I've created a workflow but 'Apply to each' do not response after many hours....

Work well till 'Switch' control to 'Apply to each 1' and 'Apply to each 2' Create event(V4)' and the flow stop responding.

    Hi @RCS_0511  ,

I see that you are not performing any actions in apply to each 3 (based on the image). What exactly you want to do inside that loop?

    Hi @SanmeshG,

    Thank you for the response.
I want to collect the respond details (MS Form) into my MS list and show (trigger) different status New/Under review/Approved/Rejected with all the information in the MS list.

It looks like you have 2 triggers in your flow. Is it true?

    Yes.

A flow must have only one trigger.

So based on my requirement where can I place the only one trigger.
My 'switch control' is to determine which approval after a response is submitted.
Another is to update the approve/reject status with all the information collected to MS list.

The trigger's place doesn't depend on your requirements. A trigger always is the first element of the flow.
