So this is pretty invigorating as our tenant is far from new - 8 years and counting? How could I resolve this nonsense?
The Mail connector is currently restricted for new tenants. Microsoft is working on enabling this connector. In the meantime, please consider using alternatives like Office 365 Outlook, Gmail, SendGrid connector instead.
@v-jefferni Thanks; I already have it working; my point was the "new tenant" - that's a red flag; not so much that the mail plug-in doesn't work;
I am concerned that somehow our tenant shows up as "new" or whatever that means (untrusted; unverified; etc possibilities) to Microsoft and that could lead to other issues.
