How to add an email to Microsoft Lists

Could you please let me know if there is a way to automatically add emails with specific categories in Outlook to a Microsoft Lists in a specific channel in Microsoft Teams? Categories refers to items that can be applied to emails by clicking on the area labeled '分類' (Classification) in Japanese in the image below. For example, I would like to add only emails with a category named 'テスト' (Test) to Microsoft Lists. The Lists is located in a tab within a Teams channel. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

I don't believe that Power Automate can meet your requirement.  There is no trigger associated with a category, and I do not believe that a category shows up in Dynamic properties for any Outlook action.

You can do what you want, assuming you have already applied the categories to emails and your goal is to loop through existing emails, filter in categories and then put them in the list

I believe this is your correct?

    You can do the following

    1. Create a schedule flow that runs (lets say 1 time a day)
    2. Use Get Emails V3 to grab emails from the folder you want
    3. Set the Search Query as a filter on categories

There are other details as I need to make sure what you are asking
    Cheers
    -Michael

    Thank you for your reply.
If possible, I would like to add emails to the lists at the moment when I apply categories to them. This is because my colleagues and I want to share tasks that we need to address by listing up emails on Microsoft Lists. Is it possible to modify your suggestion No.1 accordingly?
I would greatly appreciate your response on this matter. Thank you very much for your kind assistance.

    Hi!
unfortunately, Power Automate flow solely cannot do what you want.
As you are running the "classic" Outlook, you can create an add-in that will move the categorized email to predefined Outlook folder.
The flow will trigger when an email is delivered to this pre-defined folder.

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

I now understand that what I initially wanted to achieve is not possible with Power Automate. I sincerely appreciate your alternative suggestion, which is extremely helpful. Your guidance has saved me a considerable amount of time and effort.
