I have made a ticketing system flow that should receive emails to a shared mailbox however I followed the steps and Initial tests worked and ran successfully, however when not testing and sending emails into the mailbox to test it normally with the issue nothing happens. Now when i do test there is a timeout error although I sent an email to the mailbox.What could be causing this gltich as now the flow doesnt run at all.

Can you show how you have your Do until actions configured? By default, these have a timeout of 1 hour, which may be why you didn't see this in testing. You can change the one-hour limit, but you'll probably want to add a delay so that it waits a certain amount of time before it tries again.
