Hello helpful people,
Since early August, Flow in my company has been down for long periods (see screen grab)
It looks like something went wrong. The company has been using Flow successfully for about 18 months prior to this date. I raised a support call with Microsoft and they were adamant that this is a firewall problem at our end, but our firewall showed nothing but successful attempts to reach the Flow pages. I now believe that the firewall is affecting access, as accessing Flow from outside the company (from home or via mobile) is successful. However, we cannot trace the problem in the firewall. We've added in all the appropriate domain and IP exceptions outlined in the below document, without success.
Within the period mentioned, Flow has come up again for short periods (hours or a day or two) then gone down again. It is this behaviour that I find odd. Our IT Team have not been adding or removing exceptions or blocks that relate to Microsoft or Flow during this period.
The first issue was coincident with the error message that MS put out, which two days later they claimed to have fixed.
Can anyone shed light on this situation? Currently, the entire company is unable to use Flow, either to create new Flows or to utilise existing Flows.
