I build a flow that sends out emails with specified attachments when triggered.

Is it possible to make the flow generate a summary of all the emails sent?

This is my current flow:

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hello @Anonymous!

    Here is a way to do it:

    1. At the beginning of the flow define a variable of type Array with the action Initialize variable
    2. After each action where you send an email in your flow, add an Append to array variable action. In the example of the screenshot below, for every email I send, I save the recipient email address and the email subject like this: {"Email address":"replace with email address","Subject":"Replace with subject" }
    3. At the end of the flow add the Create HTML table action to generate a nice summary table.
    4. Last, send the summary email with the HTML table that was created on the previous action.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @JoeF-MSFT , Thank you for the help!

    It worked.

    Rather than getting individual summary, is it possible to generate only 1 summary with all emails sent?
    For example: I am sending 100 emails using power automate. I'd like to generate 1 summary listing all the 100 emails sent.

    Thank you in advance.

    Thank you @Anonymous! Since the list of emails is coming from an Excel file, one idea is to update the Excel file with the Update a row action to indicate whether the email was sent or not.

    Are you able to share how you updated your flow to update ONLY those excel rows that an email was sent for?
