I'm writing a canvas app to record participant check-in and check-out through a number of activities. I have 4 entities: -
Attendee: attendeeID, attendeeName
Activity: activityID, activiteeName, day, start, finish, location, instructor
ActivitySignUp: activityID, attendeeID (attendees are signed up to multiple activities)
ActivityAttendance: attendeeID, activityID, date, event (In/Out), datestamp, registrarName
My main form shows today's date and has a drop-down to select the activity and an option to select those signed In and those signed Out...
I'd like the gallery to show the attendees that have signed up for the activity selected and be able to filter those that have signed in and those that have signed out.
I assume the gallery source needs to be a collection to combine and filter the data from all 4 entities.
up to 300 attendees per activity!
Pulling my hair out on this. Any suggestions or pointers to solutions or approaches massively welcome 🙂 ?
