Hi All,
Please let me know the solution for redacting the pdf file which has some scanned files too, for example we have pdf document, we are redacting some fields, similarly the same fields are available in the scanned file which is attached in the pdf document, while using the encodian tool we are able to redact the original pdf successfully, but in the scanned file which is attached in the pdf are not able to redact.
we tried ocr to pdf encodian
Please give us the solution.

I'm Ev from Encodian 😊 here's a little message from our team:
"Redacting Scan Image files is more difficult and not really possible.
The reason is that the Image file itself has to be very clear and clean.
For example, the OCR Action will scan the file not 100% accurate to what a human eye will see.
Sometimes it will produce different data results or it will not find the text because it is not a very clean image to the scan, this is why the OCR action and then Redact afterwards is not working."
