Hello,
As a new user of Power Automate, I have a task that involves forwarding an email I receive daily at various times to another group of individuals, but I want it to be forwarded specifically at 10 am. However, I'm facing a challenge with the "delay until" action since it requires a specific time and date input. Although I know the desired time is 10 am, I'm uncertain how to instruct Power Automate to execute this task daily using "delay until," or if there's an alternative solution that can be used.
Why not create a Flow that runs every day at 10:00. Use a Get Emails action with search criteria so that only the emails to be forwarded are retrieved. Then, loop through the emails and use a Forward an email action.
I am assuming that there is some way to identify the emails - same subject, etc...
I think a simple way to handle this would be to create a spreadsheet with a table. And when the e-mail comes in that would be forwarded, add the message ID to the spreadsheet. Then create a scheduled workflow that runs each day at 10 a.m. and gets the rows from the spreadsheet. You can then use an apply to each to process each e-mail. Just be sure to delete the row after it has processed so it doesn't forward the e-mail again on the next run.
